Coin Pendant(Taras)

Coin pendant made of 950 silver based on an ancient Greek coin.
The motif on the surface is "Thalas riding a dolphin," which is representative of coins made in Thalas, a city in Calabria in southern Italy in the 3rd century B.C. The coin was made in the form of a pendant made of 950 silver.

According to legend, Taras, the son of the sea god Poseidon, was saved from shipwreck by a dolphin sent by his father, and the town of Taras was built on the shore.

This motif has been used for about 300 years, and the Taras coin is still a well-known item as a talisman for those who love the sea. The reverse side is inscribed with the words WILDSIDE. The entire piece has also been aged with unevenness and scratches to express the unique texture of antique coins.
