Article 5 Handling of member information

Article 10 Revision of this agreement

If a dispute arises regarding this agreement, the district court that has jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.

Article 12 Governing law

The governing law for this agreement shall be Japanese law.

Supplementary provisions
This agreement shall apply from July 6, 2022.
