This design is a pullover crew neck version of the ECWCS LEVEL3 FLEECE JACKET. The fabric uses a high-performance fleece with a moderate thickness that reduces bulk and offers supple stretch. It can be worn as a main outer layer, or as a mid-layer under a hard shell without feeling bulky, boasting extremely high mobility.
