WACKO MARIA
WACKO MARIA was established in 2005.
With music as its foundation, WACKO MARIA offers high-quality, romantic, and colorful styles.
Each season, the brand takes as its theme the music, movies, and art that have influenced them and their daily experiences, and incorporates these messages into each item to express their uncompromising craftsmanship and unique originality.
Without love, dreams, and passion, we cannot create the best creations, nor can we live the best life. We always aim for the best. The GUILTY PARTIES are the friends who share these things with each other, share them, and continue to pursue what they think is really cool.
In recent years, GUILTY PARTIES has collaborated and released products with JIM JARMUSCH, a film director known as a master of the independent film industry, and WEIRDO DAVE, an artist who has attracted attention for his creative collage works.
Since 2011, the company has been working on a project to present its latest collection with an artistic approach, starting with Tsuyoshi Noguchi, and continuing with up-and-coming NY-based photographer TIM BARBER, legendary photographer and film director LARRY CLARK, who continues to explore the depths of youth culture, and others. He has produced visual books with artists from Japan and abroad.
